As we already mentioned, the third meeting of the PMeXtra project took place in Iasi, during the 7th-9th of October 2011. We think that the highlight of this week-end, entirely dedicated to PMeXtra project, was the workshop organized on Saturday with students’ NGOs (AIESEC Iasi, TERIS, A.S.A.F.F.I., L.S.E.) and representatives from SMEs (Capgemini Iasi).
There were group working activities and discussion sessions regarding project management training needs in the participant organizations, in order to find solutions or get more knowledge from good practice examples.
By collecting the training needs in project management, our project team will be able to adapt the course content and the teaching methods for our target groups from the partner countries.
